Slid in this creek bottom all quiet like as club member was turning out dogs on the opposite side of this block bout 500 yards away. First 2 dogs started bumpin and I seen him stand up from behind an old blowed down tree. I couldn’t see its head just a big body again dogs hit but still aways away and he leaped forward trying to slip out before them dogs got any closer an he was about 25 yards away from me broadside but he never saw me so I raised my brand new Winchester sx4 and hit that man w a black 3.5 buck shot and he smacked the ground.
