White bass are aggressive during spring

Decades ago, white bass swam in many more Carolina waterways than they currently do. So those who have access to them thoroughly enjoy catching these panfish. Chuck Stewart caught a pile of them on the Flat River recently, releasing all of them to lay eggs.
