Drawing among STAR participants will be at 1:30 pm
CCA South Carolina’s 2018 STAR Tournament ended Monday, and for the second year in a row, none of the registered anglers caught a STAR tagged fish that is worth a Sea Hunt boat package worth over $40,000.
But for the second year in a row, Sea Hunt and CCA South Carolina have decided to give away the boat package anyway. Last year, all of the anglers who registered for the tournament had their names placed in a bucket and one winner was drawn during the final CCA SC banquet of the year.
This year, Sea Hunt and CCA South Carolina will draw a winner during a Facebook live feed tomorrow, Sept. 5, at 1:30 p.m. The drawing will take place at Sea Hunt’s headquarters in Columbia.

One 2018 STAR tagged fish was caught this year during the tournament dates, but the angler who caught the fish was not registered.
