The Zenon CX spinning reel is the lightest spinning reel in the world, with the 2500 weighing 4.2 ounces and the 3000 weighing 4.4 ounces. A one-piece magnesium body, lightweight turbine spool, Forged Compressed Carbon V-Rotor and carbon handle arm work together for significant weight reduction, while the 3VA 3D-printed handle knob enhances comfort and keeps the design streamlined.
The Zenon CX Spinning Reel features a 10+1 stainless steel HPCR bearing platform, AMGearing system and Carbon Matrix drag that delivers smooth, consistent performance. The Rocket Spool Lip Design, Rocket Line Management system, and Rocket Slack Guard work together to provide improved line control, while the MagneTrip manual bail further reduces overall weight.
Like the reel, the Zenon CX rods were developed to be the lightest rod in the world.
