Shep Lawrence’s gobbler weighed 18-pounds

Youth hunter Shep Lawrence killed his first turkey on March 19, 2023 during a hunt in Berkeley County, SC. The gobbler weighed 18 pounds, sported 1-inch spurs, and had an 11-inch beard. Lawrence, 5-years-old, shot the bird with a Pardner .410.
