Franklin County trophy buck wasn’t just a fluke

When Michael Collins killed a 10-point Franklin County, N.C. trophy buck, it wasn’t just a lucky day. He put in plenty of time and effort to get the deer into crossbow range. And it all came together for him on Sept. 12, 2020. That was the opening day of North Carolina’s archery season.
