My name is Dylan Deese and I shot the biggest buck of my life on August 15, 2022 in Dillon County, SC. I have had this deer on camera for 3 years and this year he was a 5-year-old. The mass he has put on since I first had him is unbelievable. He showed up the morning before bow season for the first time this year and I knew I would have a good chance of getting him.
After getting into the stand at 4:30 this morning it was a long wait but the buck stepped out at 30 yards at about 6:51 this morning. I did everything right and took out both lungs and recovered the deer 30 minutes later. He only ran about 30 yards and getting my hands on him was one of the best feelings I’ve ever felt.
