My daughter Shayne Flowers, 17 years old, killed this buck on 11/18/2023 in Cumberland County. We were hunting on our wooded property along the Cape Fear River. Shayne shot the buck at 80 yards with her Bergara 6.5 with Leupold scope. This rifle was her Christmas present last year. The 6 point buck dropped where she shot it. Her sister, Jana, was visiting from NC State and was hunting with us.
