myself (Kevin) and my brothers (tim and Dan) went hunting together on 11/4/23. Tim was in town visiting from Greenville and want to bag his first buck. We sat in our ground blind for 4 hrs Saturday afternoon. Finally at around 6:15 the buck picture below waltzed right in. Tim had a good shot initially but the buck spooked. When he came back in, Tim didn’t have the shot anymore but we didn’t want to let him walk. He passed the crossbow to me at I took him from 42 yards. The buck tan for about 40 more yards and dropped in some thicket. It should have been Tim’s deer but we were happy to bag one! Dan and I are gonna get tim a buck one of these days soon!
