Orangeburg County buck weighed 164 pounds
Case Widener, 9-years-old from Livingston, SC, killed an Orangeburg County buck that is the young hunter’s biggest so far.
He shot the 8-point buck with a Ruger .243 from 100 yards away while hunting with his Papa Mackie from an elevated stand at around 7 p.m. The deer ran about 100 yards, then toppled for good.
