Saturday Nov 11, 2023, a.m. hunt- I got him around 7:15 in the morning.
I didn’t really expect to see much because we woke up to rain but it was my only day to hunt this year so I gave it a shot anyway.. and so glad I did!
I had just sat down and put on some (thicker) electric gloves because I wasn’t feeling too optimistic, however I hadn’t sat down even 10 minutes before he came walking out in a group of does. I got him at little over 190 yards, WITH the gloves on.
Never doubt a rainy day!
