10-year-old catches 22-inch flounder

It’s young angler’s personal best flounder

Jamison Snyder, 10-years-old, of Marshville, NC caught this 22-inch flounder while on family vacation at Ocean Isle Beach on Sept. 3, 2025. He caught the fish on a 3-inch Gulp! chartreuse belly shrimp on a red jighead. He was fishing from a dock in Jinks Creek.

Jamison is an avid fisherman and is proud of this fish because it is his personal best flounder.
