On July 1, Steve Rolan, of Artistic Wildlife Expressions Taxidermy, was fishing with (3 other fisherman and they caught a total of 9 keepers-one short of the boat limit) wife and father in law and uncle for flounder in Murrels inlet SC. He caught what appears to be the catch of a lifetime. He caught a 19.75” right eyed Southern flounder. Southern flounder are a left eyed flounder making his catch a true anomaly! The group picture of all there catch shows the right eyed flounder on the right side of the picture!
