Carolina Sportsman went digital-only after the May 2025 issue, but we are now back to printing. You can find the magazine in select stores across the Carolinas right now, and we’re working on restarting our subscription model for the print magazine. Carolina Sportsman is also now locally owned. The magazine was originally founded by Louisiana Publishing. While our writers and editorial staff have always been folks right here in the Carolinas, ownership remained in Louisiana until February of this year.
We want our readers to know that our goal is to give you what you want. Feel free to offer suggestions on the type of content you’d like to see in the pages of Carolina Sportsman. Our digital subscription is still going strong, and the digital issue offers much more than the print version. The digital version allows us to add video and audio to our stories, along with hyperlinks to the places, people and products we write about. We understand some folks prefer to have an actual printed version in their hands, and we feel the same way, but we’re happy to offer the digital version to those looking for features that just aren’t available in a printed magazine.
