If you’re not a full-time, professional bass fishermen, choosing the right rod for specific fishing situations might not be as easy as others make it sound.

Now, the line of 74 rods features new rods made specifically for fishing bladed jigs, swimbaits, “micro” swimbaits, Ned rigs, lipless crankbaits and for ledge-fishing situations. The entire IMX-PRO series features G.Loomis’ multi-taper design to reinforce potential stress points on the rod blank, Fuji “K” frame Alconite tangle-free guides and a larger palm swell in the full-cork grips.

Three rods in the line address swimbaits — including a spinning rod for smaller baits on lighter, ball-head jigs ­— two for bladed jigs, two for Ned rigs, two for ledge fishing and one for fishing lipless crankbaits.
