Women’s turkey hunting clinic is April 23 in Edgefield, SC
Hey, ladies! Come join SCDNR for our first-ever women’s turkey hunting clinic–hosted by Take One Make One!
Participants will learn the basics of turkey hunting and important topics such as gun safety and marksmanship, game care and preparation, and rules and regulations.
Please wear closed-toe shoes or boots. Masks are mandatory for both the clinic and hunt.
There will be a drawing for two participants to join in on a turkey hunt the following morning on April 24.
The clinic will be April 23 in Edgefield at 1:30 p.m. with registration starting at 1 p.m. Email Mary Anna Mayson at MasonM@dnr.sc.gov for more details.
