Upstate trout fishing with Pautzke Baits

Escape the heat for some mountain air and good trout fishing

South Carolina’s Upstate has some stellar beauty and good trout fishing. Most of the trout fishing is hatchery supported. But that doesn’t take away from the experience, especially when you’re catching fish. The folks at Pautzke Bait Company take us along on a trip to the East Fork Chattooga River within sight of the Walhalla Fish Hatchery.

This spot offers easy access to anglers, and great fishing. Come along and see what’s biting in South Carolina’s Upstate. Next time you’re in the area, pull over and cast a line.
