Jon Schutte of Horry County got a chance to hunt with his Uncle Paul visiting from Minnesota on April 1, 2024. They were able to double up within the first hour of their hunt. Paul’s turkey checked in at 21 pounds, had a 9 7/8-inch beard and 1 1/8-inch spurs. Jon’s turkey weighed in at 21 pounds, and had a 9 1/8-inch beard and 7/8-inch spurs.
