Jeremiah Drake Britt, 9-years-old of Blenheim, SC, killed his first turkey during the early part of South Carolina’s 2024 turkey hunting season. The big gobbler weighed a whopping 24 pounds, had 1 1/8-inch long spurs, and a 1-inch long, blonde beard.
“I’m a proud grandpa,” said the young hunter’s granddad, Ricky Frank.
