This was my first buck ever and I couldn’t be more ecstatic at the size of him. Speaking with other hunters, it’s not uncommon for someone to go their entire life without killing one this size. The fact that it was my first makes it that much more special. I will never forget the adrenaline spike I got in the stand that morning.
