Luke Proctor of Cope, SC killed an 8-point buck in Orangeburg County, SC on Aug. 8, 2026.
He shot the buck with a rifle during a morning hunt while sitting on the ground from 100 yards away.
“First hunt on opening day with my dad,” he said.
