I found the 3 bucks together in a bedding area in the early summer months and knew they would be my 3 targets for this year. The big 10 pointer I was able to harvest on opening day of 2024 in game zone 3 which is probably a 145” buck but of course is in full velvet..The 8 I’m entering is probably around the 130” mark but has a really tall tight rack and his body stood out from the rest. I was able to capitalize on him 9/13/24 which was my 3rd sit for the whole season. Caught him slipping close to his bedroom still in good light and went ahead and took him not feeling confident on seeing the bigger one that’s still in the area …Which with deer of this caliber you don’t have many opportunities to play with..There is still one more I’m after for the season that will turn a couple heads .
