Gilbert huntress kills 11-point monster buck

11-point monster buck weighed 227 pounds

Miranda Allen of Gilbert, S.C. killed a giant buck on Nov. 4 in Lexington County. The 11-point monster buck weighed 227 pounds and she killed it less than a mile from her house.

Aside from the usual aspects of killing trophy deer that makes the hunt special, this hunt is even more special because the emotion and passion for the hunt is captured in the attached video. Some of the video is of her finding the buck, which ran a short distance after she shot it. The rest of the video is her telling the story of the hunt.

It’s easy to see in the video how excited Allen is to have killed such a great deer. And her dad, husband, and kids share in the moment. It’s another great video from Carolina Crazy Outdoors, and shows what hunting is truly all about!
