My dad and I were headed in for a morning hunt but we noticed I was going to have bad wind at the current blind that we have set up for me. My dad walked me to a spot close that would have good wind if the deer went where he thought they would. No more than 15 minutes after my dad walked out and I finished setting up this buck walked in within 20 yards of me. He is the first deer I’ve ever killed with a crossbow. Huge shout out to my dad for putting me in the right place at the right time. Couldn’t be more thankful for this 204 pound 8 point.
