Evening

He first came out at 375 yds approximately 6:05 but would never turn broad side he proceed downward from my stand till around 460 yds when he seen two does and proceeded to chase them across them into the woods. At approximately 6:23 two does and a fawn came out 40 yds from me at 6:35 the biggest doe started acting erratic and started pacing back and fourth then she stopped and looked straight down the hill. I glanced up and seen him at 170yds i said he is definitely a shooter. I then started whispering to myself turn broadside turn broadside as he proceed to walk downwards away from my stand. At approximately 6:41pm he turned broadside at 181yds and I squeezed the trigger. I knew I got a good shot on him because he immediately drooped and got up did a circle and ran across towards the wood line. He only made it 20yds right to the edge of the wood line. I named him Hercules because I never seen a deer take a perfect heart shot get up and run 20yds.
