My son Jonathan Syriac Jr has been hunting hard as he can go for the past 3 weeks trying to find his target buck. A big rain storm came in for the past 2 days and jr had a good feeling the deer would be moving so he hit the blind and sure enough his target buck appears after only sitting for about 10 mins. He waited to get a good shot with his 7mm 08 at approximately 50 yards and he dropped the hammer and the buck made a dash for the swamp we searched for about a hour with now luck so we call a man with some well known tracking dogs and the dogs got there and with in 30 mins the buck was found 475 yards back in the swamp. So we had a great time getting him out of there. The boy was smiling ear to ear the whole time.
