I hunted this buck all bow season with no luck seen him a few times but just out of range. I started to pattern him on my rifle stand every morning so I decided to just wait for opening morning of rifle season and hope he didn’t break his constant feeding time. And he sure didn’t. I climbed in the stand at 4:30 am after not sleeping at all the night before just thinking about this buck and sure enough at 6 am he was standing in the corn pile once it got good and daylight I decided to take the shot with my savage 110 ultra light 6.5 PRC at around 160 yards.
