Coyote hunting with thermal imaging optics

Thermal imaging gives night hunters big advantage

With a few exceptions, night hunting for coyotes is legal throughout both Carolinas. Hunters who do it rely on optics with night vision or thermal imaging capabilities. They both offer great advantages to hunters.

Gene “the Mailman” Wisnewski shows us what it’s like to hunt with his ATN Thor optics. His video shows just how cleanly the coyotes and all surrounding objects show up in his optics. This makes his night hunting enjoyable and safe.

Wisnewski regularly hunts at night for both coyotes and wild hogs. He uses a lot of different firearms, optics, and accessories and is a great source of knowledge for other hunters looking to start or expand their night hunting ventures. Check out his YouTube channel, where he shares some great information on night hunting.
