On Oct. 10, 2020 Allen Hodge killed this buck while running beagles on private land in game zone 4 of Turbeville, S.C. Allen was sitting in a field with his dad waiting on the dogs to push the deer to them when the buck came into view round 1:25 p.m. Using his Browning A5 12 gauge, Allen shot the buck from about 45 yards away. The 13-point buck was still in velvet, weighed 170 pounds, and also happened to be missing his testicles.
