Speckled trout are biting all along Carolina coastlines
The inshore bite is heating up all along the Carolina coastlines. As early spring still dishes out some fluctuating weather, anglers can expect the bite to be up and down. But on the right days, multiple species of fish are biting like mad. Such was the case for this big speckled trout weighed in at Yopp Brothers Marine and Tackle in Sneads Ferry on March 29, 2021.
The 26-inch long speck weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces. Congratulations to Luke Johnson on a fine catch.
