Brain Jenkins caught this 21-inch flounder out of Swan Quarter on Oct. 9, 2020 while fishing with Teresa McCullough and John Batts during the next to last day of the NC flounder Season. He was using a 1/4-ounce jighead with a Gulp! white pogy casting the banks and bouncing the jig back to the boat.
