Parker Joyner, 13-years-old, caught this citation-sized shellcracker on May 12, 2023 while fishing for largemouth bass. The shellcracker was 12.5 inches long and hit a 2-inch squarebill crankbait. The fish was caught on the Roanoke River in Williamston, NC.
