Miserable weather means stripers are biting on the Roanoke River

The Carolinas have been hit with some miserable weather lately. It’s tempting to stay inside in front of the fire on such days. But the stripers on the Roanoke River bite like mad in this type of weather.

Chris Douglas of Carolina ALL OUT joins up with Capt. Scooter Lilley to show us what the fishing is like in cold, wet, snowy weather. It’s an entertaining video, but it also shows the proper gear and techniques for fishing the river this time of year.
