Freshwater fishing series kicks off.
A 12-month series aimed at helping North Carolina fishermen catch more fish in freshwater lakes around the state will debut in the January edition of North Carolina Sportsman.
The first “Freshwater Series” feature shows fishermen different places and techniques for catching crappie, bass and catfish on Lake Wylie.
Different lakes will be featured in subsequent issues.
Also in the January issue, get the lowdown on bluefin tuna, redfish in the Harkers Island area and wild hogs in North Carolina’s southeastern corner.
