Afternoon

I had been watching this deer since in velvet. He would come out during the day and at night. Usually with 2 or more other bucks. I had been sitting in the stand for 4 hrs and had only seen 3 does and a spike horn. The spike horn would run everything else off. The all of a sudden that spike horn took off and ran thru the woods. In about 3 hrs the buck I shot showed up. He was standing behind 4 little trees that were grouped together. He stayed behind those trees for about 5 mins and it was getting dark by the second. I had about an 8 inch space I could squeeze in a shot between the trees. I took the shot and the deer dropped
