On vacation in North Myrtle Beach, 4-year-old Cooper Caulder learned how to cast an open face reel and fished from sun up to sun down multiple days. On the last day he pulled up someone else’s line which had a 16-inch flounder on one end and a rod and reel combo on the other end.
