• A 5-gallon bucket with a lid comes in handy as a seat, as well as storage for extra shells, a rain suit, bug spray or a frozen bottle of water.
• Cut a few limbs to use as a makeshift blind to break up your outline at your stand. Stick these limbs in the ground. Be sure to remove these limbs after the hunt is over.
