Hartwell striper wins Photo of the Week

Tarra Stoddard of Greenville, S.C. was fishing with her husband on Lake Hartwell at the end of July when she caught this striper, along with several others. Her photo has been awarded the Carolina Sportsman Photo of the Week for the second week of August 2021.
