Big bream are biting at Santee

Wyatt Dugger of Summerville, S.C. was fishing with his dad Dave Dugger at Lake Marion over the weekend. They caught a mess of bream, including the two big ones Wyatt is holding in the photo.

June is a great month for bream fishing the Santee Cooper lakes and all across the Carolinas. Anglers catch plenty of them on live crickets under corks, but small artificial lures like tiny crankbaits and inline spinners are also deadly on bream.
