Bowfishing on Jordan Lake with Carolina All Out

Bowfishing combines hunting and fishing skills

Bowfishing is a unique outdoor activity that combines the skill of hunting with fishing. In this episode of Carolina All Out, the crew joins guide Corbit Lackey on Jordan Lake near Raleigh, N.C.

Because this is a nighttime activity, it takes some powerful lights, so a generator is standard equipment. Lackey utilizes an outboard “kicker motor” instead of a traditional battery-powered trolling motor. And the bows and arrows are also specialized for shooting and retrieving fish.
