I was fortunate enough to tag out in the opening week of turkey season this year. Both were Public Land Birds from Richmond County, NC. A 21-pound, 10-inch and 5-inch, double-bearded Sandhills gobbler and a 17-pound, 9.5-inch bearded Pee Dee River gobbler. It was a great season for me.
