Young hunter’s patience paid off with double-bearded bird

After a tough week of hunting during late March 2023, youth hunter Gauge Britt took down a Marion County (SC) double-bearded gobbler that was a true monster. The turkey has been scored at 91.765 on the NWTF scale. It had 1 7/8-inch spurs and is a bird of a lifetime.
