Courtney Joyner kills opening day gobbler

Courtney Joyner of Camden, SC wasn’t about to miss out on South Carolina’s 2021 opening day of turkey season. At eight months pregnant, she donned her camouflage and took to the woods. And just like clockwork, she bagged her opening day gobbler.

Congratulations to Courtney, and don’t forget, you’ll need a youth tag to take that young’un along in 2022!
