Troy Phillips of Summerton, S.C. is the winner of Carolina Sportsman’s Photo of the Month for December 2020. The young hunter’s big smile tells the tale as he points out that one of his ducks is banded.
The banded bird, a male wood duck, was banded in Cumberland County, N.J. in 2018. Phillips killed the duck in Clarendon County, S.C.
