4-bearded turkey weighed 22 pounds
My son Jackson Sadler and I were hunting Monday, April 7, 2025 in Pamlico County, NC when this bird showed up. The first beard measured 10 inches long, the second was 7 inches long, the third was 6.5 inches, and the fourth was 6.5 inches. So, 30 inches totat. The bird had 1 1/8-inch spurs and weighed in at 22 pounds. What an unbelievable bird of a lifetime!
