On September 28th 2024, 10 year old Faith Fisher harvested her first deer while hunting in Guilford County with her father Nick during the statewide youth day. Faith had been practicing with her Savage .243 rifle and proved she was more than capable of making a good shot. When the 6 point buck presented a good shot at approximately 80 yards, Faith made a perfect shot dropping the deer in it’s tracks.
