Bucket list: kill a buck in the snow ✅
This was a hunt that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I’ve hunted this deer all season with no luck on him daylighting except when I wasn’t in the stand or it was too dark to see but it finally all came together. I didn’t hunt that morning due to not having a stand where I could get out of the weather but that evening I decided I was going in regardless. This deer has been super present in bad weather. It was super cold and snowing the entire afternoon sit but right at last light he came cruising through looking for does. It was even more special to have my dad up hunting with me when I finally got to take him. Here’s to a great deer and even better memories.
