Saturday evening, Nov 15th, on a small farm that’s been in her mother’s family for over 100 years, Meredith (Mo) killed her first buck. Nerves got to her a little while he was on the corn pile but she was able to shake them.off as he started feeding across the food plot. He turned broadside at about 70 yards and she made a perfect shot with her savage rifle chambered in 7mm08. The buck took off and made it to the woods but fell about 5yards inside the treeline.
