Mature buck weighed 228 pounds
Greg Gasque of Latta, SC killed this 8-point buck in Dillon County on the evening of Oct. 6, 2023. The deer weighed 228 pounds.
Gasque was hunting a soybean field, and spotted the deer walking along the edge of a field and eating persimmons out of a persimmon tree.
