Hunting this buck a couple years. Finally got a morning off to slip into stand. 2 mins after legal light he slides out. I pull bow back. And would give me a shot for 3 mins. I shoot my arrow and the lighted nock never went off. I know he was hit but not where. Found blood right off get go. And lost it in a gut full of water. So we back out. And tried again hours later. Come up with a dead end again. Got recovery drone and found him after 5 hours of searching
